Our large event space has a capacity of 300 with tables and chairs, which are included with your rental of the large space, and 600 without tables. With your choice of cocktail, farmhouse, round, or rectangle tables. Bring your event to life with onsight decor rental from Something Borrowed.

The north end of Rose Hill Acres Event Center is home to Something Borrowed Maryville. This space serves as a small venue accommodating up to 50 people for an intimate wedding, baby shower, birthday, retirement, anniversary party or rehearsal dinner. In this space, tables, chairs, and linens are included.

How do you have an outdoor space in the middle of town? Easy, you have your amazing contractors build a beautiful pergola and add greenspace to it! This space can be used for the ceremony or turn it into outdoor seating, yard games or whatever your imagination can dream up. Wooden walls on the east and south side allow for privacy and overhead fans allow for comfort in the summer.

Our bridal suite offers custom-made items to bring a unique aesthetic to your big day. The suite includes a prep area, apartment size equipped kitchen, and a full bath with amenities for the out-of-town attendants who have to fly in at the last minute. The kitchenette and the getting ready space have individual heat and cold exclusive to this area, separate from the larger event space, to make sure you stay comfortable all day!

I had so much fun furnishing our bride’s kitchen. This space includes a stove for warming up or cooking brunch, lunch or snacks, a retro refrigerator, an icemaker (with sonic ice!), dishes and cookware. Also included is a space to hang dresses to keep them from wrinkling and out of the way of the hair and make-up space. The shelving in this space was custom made out of old ceiling joists and sanded and shined for personality in the room.

Our groom’s room has all the amenities needed. It includes three dressing rooms, a couch, comfy chairs, space to move around and of course a TV to catch a game to distract you from the nerves. We added some unique barware for use as well.

This bar is fully equipped with a reach-in cooler, open front cooler, triple sink, cocktail station, hand sink and water spigot. This beautiful bar was a labor of love from my contractor, cousin, a local welder, and a custom truck and trailer guy. It all began with an idea and they made it come to life. They went further and made a matching custom-made cocktail table around one of our unique support beams! We hope many conversations will be enjoyed around this bar.

This is perhaps one of my favorite rooms. It is a room for new mamas or dad’s to come to change the baby, nurse, or just rock their child. It includes a ceiling fan to keep it cool, a sink for washing up, and lighting to keep it bright or lamplight dim. However, this space is also for anyone who needs it just to decompress. Maybe mom or dad needs a space to shed a tear at their baby getting married and doesn’t need an audience. Or a child or adult who has been overstimulated and needs a minute. Whenever you simply need the quiet, this room is for you.

If a kitchen is the heart of the space, we have a big heart! When you choose to rent the kitchen, you’ll get access to an ice machine, commercial refrigerator and freezer, commercial stove, dishwasher, two six foot service tables, carts for bussing tables and extra items on-site such as cooking utensils, cutting knives, measuring devices, etc. It is easily accessible to the event space.

The west courtyard is a public space. It has two overhead doors that can be open or shut. When open, a beautiful breeze makes its way through in the summer. The north wall of the courtyard has been customized to be bar height with barstools. This space has a service window that opens to the event center with a custom made shelf underneath that was made from an old ceiling truss out of this building. A TV and ceiling fans are in this space for comfort and entertainment. Bistro-style tables and chairs will be added to this space in the near future.
