Rose Hill Acres can comfortably hold 321 people seated at tables and chairs. We have round and rectangle seating options. Over 600 guests if tables and chairs are not needed.

Although all of our packages are slightly different, they all include the following. Tables, chairs, full use of the kitchen, bartenders, pergola space (seats 100 people for ceremony), 5% discount on tux rentals and 10% discount on decor rentals.

We have parking on three sides of the building including a large lot on the south end. There is one public lot, a neighboring business has a large lot they graciously allow us to use, and a potential overflow lot all within one block.

We currently have an open vendor policy. We will collect vendor names and contact information prior to the event.
